Any info on current status of Jazz Improv Magazine?

Volume 4 #3 has been on the shelves for a long time now and there doesn't seem to be any current information at their web-site. Does anyone know whether the magazine is still in publication?

....I got a response to my e-mail to the general manager. I was told that the next issue will be out sometime in April and that the current issue has only been out for six weeks.

My apologies (it seemed like a lot longer to me..I guess I'm just too anxious!).

But, the good news is...all is well with Jazz Improv.
