This process is faster and won't make Lois use her bandwidth:

HOW TO USE THE IMG FUNCTION
(to post pictures from the Internet)

1. Right-click on the image--the picture itself--on the Net.

2. Click on Properties and Copy the URL (address) from the Properties box.

3. Hit the IMG button on JC's Post Reply form.

4. Paste the URL into the form that will pop up and hit "OK."

5. A line of code of the following pattern will appear in your message:

First [IMG]
Then the URL of your image, beginning with http://
Then [/IMG]

That'll be all on one line.

Make sure that the "http://" part appears only once, not twice.

6. If you want to, you can type in a line of code of that pattern manually instead of using the IMG button.
