jaka, great pictures on your beautiful cats!
I don´t live in Stockholm but of course you are welcome if you passing through my hometown Linköping.
Thanks, Laz.
In fact, I've always been attracted to the more 'countryside'-oriented Sweden, than to Stockholm specifically. I understand Linköping is quite a big city also, but a trip to Sweden would definitely include all sorts of discoveries, so any ideas/possibilities are welcome.
If you do go to Florence, eat at Croce al Trebbio, a fantastic budget restaurant that I found through Guide Routard.
We looked for that place but it appeared to be closed for August. We instead ate Oltrarno (other side of the Arno) at a place called "I Tarocchi", it was so good and cheap we ate there 3 nights straight.
Some gorgeous pics there, Surfer! The ones from Siena take me way back (in fact, I believe me and my friends swigged a late night beer on the steps in pic #6)
Oops, sorry about that, man. I'm linking them from my blog, don't know what the problem could be. I'm getting a flickr account soon. I also just sent you a PM with my tattoos' pics. Here's the second pic (my gal), sorry if it's blurry but I had to reduce the size:

Kissers, Florence (Doing my best Robert Doisneau imitation - it was funny, these guys were macking for like 2 minutes, obviously everyone was kinda staring and at first, the guy was talking on his cell phone and kissing her at the same time, and I have two shots of that, and then he sort of put it down but I think its still on. You can see it in his right hand.
Tungsten filter on this one. Pescara, Italy waiting for the ferry to Split.
Again in the campo in Siena, nice symmetry.
Memorial to war dead, Defenders of Dubrovnik. Very nice memorial.
No color correction needed, that's actually the color of the water. Dubrovnik.
These women are either Sienese, and have never left the country, or they're from Pennsauken, NJ and this is their first trip out of the country, cant decide which. I love that both women are talking at the same time and the husband is looking the other way.
Molto bene! Two thumbs up to Surfer for those incredibly artful photographs. I sense some real talent there. I'll be leaving for Italy tomorrow and you've whetted my visual appetite for what's in store. Grazie................
