Doesn't surprise me. A lot of tool musicians are "hactivists," too. In other words, they are real "tools." Don't be surpriseed if your brand new digiital camera starts making unusual sounds, noises, i.e. "music."

You should hear him play it while it's running. And sometimes he just runs it without playing it, he calls that his "EAI" version.

More with my man Michael Collison on dry ice. Here as a member of Fred Lonberg-Holms lightbox orchestra.

Actually, and unfortunately, I am hopelessly heterosexual, which has been a chronic cause of chagrin with me because, back in the day, the cute boys always liked me a lot more than the cute girls.

I am a little saddened by this. Looks like Tool Music is going mainstream. NPR is now reporting on it.

I really wasn't trying to suggest otherwise. Like your incurable heterosexuality, I am constitutionally wired so as to be unable to resist making the obvious joke after Lenny says he tried to poke you.

Hey, Walto... thanks for posting the above. Great stuff.

This really isn't "tool music," but I thought the kids would like it. And it feature a washing machine.

Nice. Tool music without sound (or was it at a frequency I couldn't hear?)
