For eight years, Big Apple Jazz has been escorting jazz lovers in search of
the authentic scene to the hidden and hard-to-find venues in town. We're
very excited to announce the opening of our new space in a historic Harlem
neighborhood. The Big Apple Jazz store is located on the same block that
once housed the Lafayette Theater, Count Basie's, the Rhythm Club and
Connie's Inn. Nearby, the New Amsterdam Musician's Association is still
going strong after over 100 years.

The Big Apple Jazz store features hard-to-find recordings from these
historic venues and many other live-in-NYC cd's and dvd's, in addition to
the latest great recordings by local musicians that are unavailable in
those big record stores. You'll also find books, memorabilia, apparel,
and artwork that celebrates the long history of jazz in Harlem and NYC.
EZ's Woodshed, in back, features a relaxed and intimate performance space
with plenty of seating to enjoy the live music, art and our delicious
coffee and pastries.

We invite you to come visit us and see this great neighborhood for
yourself. Those of you at IAJE can visit us at booth #347 - there you can
find out more about our vision for the celebration of NYC jazz and the
historic Harlem scene.
