Man, there's just a ton of every type of music on You Tube, pretty incredible library over there.

    Here's one (not jazz):

Doc Martin started a thread with a link to a couple of YouTube clips of the 2nd Miles 5tet playing Joshua and All Of You. Great stuff.

That Cecil Taylor clip is brilliant!

This is a really funny satire of Thom Yorke from RAdiohead (who'll I'll be seeing twice next week!).

    Merci Mwanji !

There are several movies with Bill Evans, all of interest.
Check out this one for example:

For those who haven't seen it ...

Behind Django is Joseph "Nin-Nin" Reinhardt, Django's brother (on the left), and I think Baro Ferret (or Roger Chaput?) is the other rhythm guitar player. I don't know who the bass player is -- but could be Louis Vola.

Painful 1951 award presentation speech. Parker and Gillespie play Hot House after having received their awards.

    Is that Sirone on bass?
Yeah it seems so. (Ornette Coleman: saxo ; James Ulmer: guitarra ; Sirone: bajo; Billy Higgins: baterí) Strange I can't hear the bass with my present laptop set up. The sound for the other members is quite ok.

    Forget about YouTube.

Go here to view an incredible 30 minute video of Coleman Hawkins in Belgium in 1962!
