The weather was off the hook today. It was sunny, low humidity with a crispness in the air. It was a perfect day to take the Harley for its first spin of the riding season here in Connecticut. I pulled into our driveway after almost three hours tooling around my extended neighborhood.

When I got home I started preparing our first meal cooked on the grill. My oldest step-son Craig was visiting today so I had three porterhouse steaks ready. Salt, pepper and evoo on the steaks. Two huge salmon filets, same prep. Several zucchini, halved, scored, salted and peppered. I threw the steaks and zucchnis on a firey hot grill while putting the salmon into a preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. The steaks were pulled first to rest. The zucchs sat on the grill for a few more minutes. The salmon was pulled last. I finished the zucchini with a balsamic vinegar which set 'em off just right. Can't beat it. Everything came together within 15 minutes from start to finish. I love when a plan comes together. Looking forward to summer. As always, life is good.

..in 15 minutes? That's beautiful! Makes you feel good when everything goes according to plan.

Anyhow, you drive a Harley, what kind?(You probably said, but I forgot.) Am trying to sell my little Honda, am looking at a couple of Victory Vegas(es).

Saturday, I grilled a beautiful swordfish prime loin and slathered it with Jimmy C's fantastic anchovie, butter, garlic sauce. Not particular PC but delicious.
