I, personally, never thought any such thing. The only thing I took exception to was the condescending tone with which you first addressed me.

A touch more humility might suit you.

He was hospitalized due to a big fat pain in the ass. The doctor told him to stop talking and he'd be better in the morning.

Gad, I wish I was comedy writer. This was so much funnier in my head.

    Right?

Rainy, you should have used the subjunctive tense.

But the rest of the post was right on.

    Think differently...?

Dude, you think only republican platforms and platitudes. There is no "differently" here, just the same old same old.

Let's be honest here, shall we? Most of us think you are rigid because, um....well, you are rigid.

    Right?
First, point out to me a single instance in which Andrea Mitchell said something that could be described as "liberal"?

The point is that you can't. Right wingers such as yourself and Reynolds believe that "facts" have an ideology.

    Evolution doesn't have an ideology.

Climate change doesn't have an ideology.

Just like it is a scientific "fact" that dioxin, a by-product of the production of PVCs, is one of the most toxic man-made substance. It is not ideological to say that dioxin is a potent toxin.

    http://www.ejnet.org/dioxin/

    They are scientific facts.

Yet these are exactly the kinds of "facts" that you and Reynolds claim are ideological.

Similarly, if Andrea Mitchell reports some garden variety "fact" in the name of journalism doesn't make it ideological, simply because you and Reynolds don't choose to believe it. Or it hurts your sensitive feelings.

I am sorry, but that is just plain and simple stupidity.

    And that's a fact.

    P.S.

By the way, I have a modicum of knowledge about dioxin because I used to cover one of the world's largest dioxin dumps in Jacksonville, Ark., for a statewide newspaper.

But I am sure that you and Reynolds would consider any reporting about toxins to be "ideological," even though, unlike Reynolds, I didn't have a vested interest in the production of dioxin.

I never said she was a liberal. You were trying to say that she is not a liberal because she is married to Alan Greenspan. While I do not claim to have a doctorate in logic I am smart enough to know that you may very well be dead wrong. Anyone who is now or has ever been married knows your line of thinking here is way off the mark.

BTW-Your defensive nature in regards to Andrea Mitchell indicates to me that maybe 1) she is a liberal who slants here reporting and you are trying to run cover for her, 2) you have a major woody for the woman or 3) all of the above.

Mr Limbaugh was back on the airwaves this week, thank Divine Providence, and he referred to the underwear bomber's brand of briefs as "Fruit of Kaboom." Har!

Compared to how big he was back in the day, yes, he is slim.

I'm just playing along here with the haters who last saw a picture of Limbaugh 15 years ago. The guy who showed them the pic is the same guy who told them what to think about Limbaugh, telling them listening to him and making up their own minds is a waste of time.

Actually, since it was you who started this piece of shit thread, it's us who are playing along with you. Seems like you need to troll for predictable responses for some sense of self-affirmation. Pathetic really ...

Like Pavlov I know which bells to ring to make the dogs drool.

Tormenting liberals is too much fun for anybody to experience without a permit.

One can try to do that or one can try to persuade them, but one can't do both. If you've chosen the former, it's all about your pathology, not your ideology.

What other tormenting or attempted tormenting have you considered great fun? Shall we assume that your fellow right-wingers share your notion of fun?

Well, I'm sure you're well aware of this fact Rita, we fat rich conservatives often kick puppies and steal the candy out of the mouths of toddlers just for kicks.

I tried to persuade you earlier in regards to your stance on forcing someone to care about you and your condition. I feel I was fair and honest in our discussion in describing what my wife and I are going through with our son Andrew. I didn't try to make fun of you or call you names (other than the affectionate "toots").

I believe I falied in my attempt to persuade you, but I tried.
