I was at a private screening of this documentary yesterday. An engaging exploration of Butch's conduction process through his month-long project in 2005. Check out the trailer.

Excellent.
That was when I saw him in a tiny theater on the West Side - part of that festival.
It coincided with Christo's Gates in Central Park.

I believe that I was in for that. Flea Theater? Jason Hwang on violin?
I still have a postcard/flyer for the series.

That might have been it. Small space - more room in balcony than on the floor.

It seems to me that there are more clips up on the webpage since Pete posted that.
