Dizzie Gillespie All Star Big Band Live at Blue Note!

    including Lewis Nash on drums.
    New York - 5/19

Sitting at a table front and center. Best night of my life. They did Salt peanuts and that is one of my favorite Dizzy tunes. The food was good, I was with my girlfriend and I had never been to New York. It has been a lifelong dream of mine to see a show at the blue note. They had the crowd going, everybody was feeling it. My girl doesn't even like jazz and she had a great time. I want to go back. I have a few pics posted up at my blog, My Jazz Blog

Your music "review" is weak! Spamming your website!

So I was also at that show in New York, and yes you are correct that Lewis Nash was there, but you didn't mention anything about the music per say. You are just using this forum to plug your website! The show was amazing though, and your website is really cool. Your taste in jazz is top notch.
