Lost my 16-year-old cat a few weeks ago. Big sympathetic vibes.

Hope things get better, gonzo. I can empathize now that I have a 6 year old girl that I absolutely adore.

Both my parents passed and as much as I loved them it wasn't until last year when my dog Lotto passed away after 17 years, that I really got emotional. Good luck , good vibes.

The moldiest of all figs
My son in Maryland had two 14 year-old Labs. One was fading fast and the other was not doing so well. After much soul searching, he had them both put down. It has been very traumatic for the family and even for us 2,500 miles away, it hurt. They were very sweet dogs and we always looked forward to seeing them.
That's the thing about pets, they become part of your family and will probably go before you.
Bright moments - right now!
