Today is the official street date for AUM Fidelity's July releases, Joe Morris/William Parker/Gerald Cleaver's Altitude (AUM073) and Planetary Unknown's Live at Jazzfestival Saalfelden 2011 (AUM074).

These two new live recordings are part of AUM Fidelity's ongoing celebration of its 15th anniversary, which has already included a series of concerts at Suoni Per Il Popolo in Montreal and the Vision Festival in Brooklyn, as well as the latest releases from label mainstays Darius Jones and Eri Yamamoto. Altitude captures the first-ever performance by esteemed veteran improvisers Joe Morris, William Parker and Gerald Cleaver as a trio during label founder Steven Joerg's two-week run curating The Stone in New York last summer, and Live at Jazzfestival Saalfelden 2011 documents the European debut of saxophonist David S. Ware’s free jazz supergroup featuring Parker, Cooper-Moore and Muhammad Ali.
