Jody Sandhaus - R.I.P.

I've just learned of the passing of vocalist Jody Sandhaus of cancer. Jody was the wife of pianist Pete Maliverni and mother of 3 children. I saw Jody at a birthday party for Judi Silvano in May 2011 where I first learned that she had cancer. In December of 2011, I got an email from Jody that she was "ready" to start building her site. I immediately responded that this was the best news I had heard in a long time. Sadly, within a few months, the cancer came back with a vengeance. She was such a lovely person.
