    Wayne "The Train" Hancock

I have been listening to this cat and a guy called Dale Watson for sometime now. His Honky Tonk songs and style is so close to Hank that sometimes , just sometimes you stop and go ....hmmmm.

Anyway Ä -Town Blues"is a great place to start with Wayne

We like both type of music down under- both country and western!!!

Wasn't there a quote from Buddy Rich (if not it's worth making it up !), that before his last heart operation, he said he didn't mind dying, because at least, "there would be no more F... Country and Western music".

Actually, I like used to like Doc Watson...not sure if he's "country"!

How cool would it be if he teamed up with Herbie Shorter?

I play Wayne and Dale regularly on my radio show. I'm quite fond of the guitarist who plays with both, the elegantly swinging Dave Biller.

Sadly, no. It's on a college station and money is tight. A local ISP, though, has been approached about footing the bill for webcasting. If they bite, I'll forward the specifics, Henry.
