Is the media walking on eggshells?
Ever since the Dan Rather 60 Minutes episode that landed him in hot water, I've noticed that the rest of the media seems to be going out of their way to be more balanced in their reporting.
Some examples: On the NBC nightly news three nights ago, the broadcast began with an explaination of their prior night reporting on the missing explosives. They clarified comments from the prior nights news where they literally blamed the Bush admin for leaving the explosives unguarded. This clarification said that there were different viewpoints and that an investigation was underway. Hmmm.
Now I see that ABC is holding off on airing a terrorist tape until after the CIA verifys it's authenticity.
Is this just my rose colored glasses or is something in the air?

I don't know about the other major networks, but Fox News remains as ignorantly partisan as ever.

Yeah, it's called getting burned one too many times.

I still to this day love how Foxnews is supposedly the only partisan network.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fox eventually airs its own "Naked News" program. On some weekends Juliet Huddy is almost there. No, I'm not complaining.

Deke, you do realize that Bill Clinton is no longer in office, right?

Kills all threads!
Well, I for one know that the media is liberally biased: I saw it on Fox and read it in NewsMax, WorldNetDaily, the Washington Times, the WSJ Opinion pages....
