Nate: Having heard you and your group, I'd suggest the Scofield, which is a fine album and more in the vein of what you cats are doing than the other offerings. The Blue Note retrospective has some material that should be of interest to you, too, but I think "Up All Night" is the one you should go for.

I dunno, Verve Unmixed looks pretty hot, too, even though I already own about a third of the tunes. I love me some Fried Neckbones and Some Home Fries!
