SF Bay: Theatrical Prod Looking for Male Singer

In collaboration with Numanic Productions and Anju Creative Open Space we are looking for a male singer to help start pre-workshop work on Tyler Crosser's new musical "Evolve Dammit!". Tyler Crosser has written and directed music for shows from La Jolla Playhouse all the way to movie scores such as Bayley.

The story is about a junior high school physics teacher in the midwest falsely accused of sexual harrassment and the journey that leads him to be one of the most famous beggar prophets in San Francisco. It's obviously a satirical dark comedy and is alot of fun. The music style ranges from jazz, rock, bjork'esque, to burlesque.

There are a few samples roughly put together. All will eventually be put to voice but some do have them demo-recorded yet. Realize that the writer is not a singer and please dont let it defract from the actual song...

Please email me at tyler@numanic.com with your headshot and resume and potentially demo work of your own. We'll go from there...

(Disclaimer: Please note the date on this post. If it is older than 15 days then chances are that the solicitation is no longer valid.)
