New "Jazz" Station in Portland Maine

WJZP is now on the air at 105.1 and on the web at wjzp.com I'm not personally involved (except as a listener) but folks oughta know . . .

The bulk of the time is instrumental pop a/k/a "smooth jazz" and 70s soul. But there is the dinner-time slot, a couple of hours of straight-up modern jazz, and it's a pleasure to hear it on the radio.

So now you can take your pick: 50 Cent on Red Hot 99, Euge Groove on WJZP or wait for jazz night on MPR.
