I'd really want to catch that Friday night lineup. Too bad it's the same week as Vision festival this year. Brotzmann and Paul Rutherford together!

Anybody going to this? For me, Friday is definite, Saturday is very probable, Thursday is 50/50 (maybe 60/40).

Peter Brötzmann - Kent Kessler - Paul Rutherford - Nasheet Waits Quartet

Just got back from the show, and the above band was definitely the highlight. A weird band on its face, but somehow, it really worked. They were recording, so maybe everyone will get a chance to hear it. I really dug it!
