If you have spring fever, it is definitely time to start marking your calendar with the dates for the 2003 Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival produced by the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation to be held May 30 through June 1, 2003 at Marine Park in Red Bank, New Jersey. This year's stellar lineup of musicians includes Jersey legends and National headliners so that you will experience a great show all weekend, from day into night!
Plan on staying the weekend because there are fun events for the entire family's entertainment with artistic crafts and gifts, delicious international food, kid's rides, and an incredible lineup of talented musicians performing on several stages in Marine Park. The town of Red Bank will be jazzed up this year with art exhibits, musical street life, and two special shows at the Count Basie Theatre with Clarence Gatemouth Brown on Friday night and The Muddy Waters Tribute Band performing Saturday night.
The Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival produced by the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation was voted the "best free entertainment" festival in Monmouth County by the Asbury Park Press readers. Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation was formed to preserve, promote and perpetuate Jazz, Blues and other indigenous music forms here in New Jersey. We sponsor and provide music for an array of events throughout the year for the enjoyment of the entire northern shoreline community.
