Yes, I have. It was being discussed on CBC Newsworld this morning and there is much resistance to allowing Sharia law to be used for domestic problems. Federal and Provincial laws seem to me to be adequate and I don't think that Sharia law for those who follow Islam should be officially santioned, for a lot of reasons, particularly since women are not equal under the law in many of the Middle Eastern countries from which these women come.
