Having such a big jazz collection there are a lot of pretty sharp covers to choose from .I think Milt Jackson's ,Vibrations LP is one of my fav.Bought the LP in 1964 when it was released.Had to scan the LP jacket so I don't have it all, but enough .

Wonderful cover art/photography is the "icing on the cake" for remarkable music, which exists on its own merits.

Here´s a picture of the infamous withdrawn "butcher cover" of The Beatles "Yesterday And Today". An original copy of this album is worth a fortune.
