That is an absolutely stunning photograph, Lois. Very painterly in quality. However, the size and placement of the text distracts a bit too much, to my eyes.

hey, do any of you guys have that photo of a mans hand, covered in blood, holding a joker card that says "tally ho!" on it? its black and white, i believe it was from the crime scene of a mob hit. its an image thats been imprinted on my mind for about a month now...

There's a new site that potentially will have an incredible collection of classic and master photographs. It's called PhotoMuse.org. As the opening page says, it's a "collaborative website of the George Eastman House and International Center of Photography Alliance".

Unfortunately it's still somewhat under construction, but it's worth bookmarking for future reference.

This is my favorite photo "blog", I guess. The young man responsible for these wonderful photos recently died, I guess, so dont expect the site to be updated. Wonderful nonetheless.
