Really? Wow, I'm impressed. I thought you might be a friend of theirs or something.

Do you like this band name? Is it original and jazz-like?

Can you say shill? Do you realize that you may be doing more harm than good here?

If you're going to shill, at least supply a link that works. Try including the extension:

www.betarecords.com

Edit: However, at that site, "Your search [for The Catz in the Hatz] did not return any results." Please stop wasting people's time.

The worst thing about this thread is that ABIGJAZZFAN doesn't even realize that the band has their own website.....
I'll let the photos speak for themselves....

They're great, but they're no Rick Della Ratta.

I had discovered their website too, but didn't wanna make anyone hurl.

You gotta love this statement from the band:

"WE ARE AMERICA'S FIRST FUNJAZZ / POWERJAZZ BAND !!!"

And from their bass player:

"we are all good freinds and have known each other for years. on stage, it shows...we belive in not just giving a show ...but a circus.....if people just wanted to hear music, they would stay home and stare at the stereo..we dont do that..we have natural fun and in turn, so does our audience." - Terry Copley

And this comparison:

"what do you get if you mix diana krall with male hormones!!"

Oh, and they opened for Three Dog Night last year, and America this summer.

I couldn't make up this stuff, folks.
