In my teens, my friends and I would go to these record collectors' expos (as they were called around here) all the time. They were both fun and frustrating, because we got turned on to all kinds of cool stuff, but could never afford all of what we wanted. I haven't seen or heard of one happening in Boston in years, but I'd go again if it was local.
