Would you trust this person???
Maybe somebody does. After all, half the people in this country have IQ's at or below 100.
I'm sure you've all gotten spam from people in Nigeria and whatnot saying they need someone they can trust in the USA to handle their accounts, wot?
Not to mention all the prizes you can have won if you will only give them your account information. Well, I just got another one from Mrs. Prickly Adams telling me I won 350,000 bucks in a lottery I never entered. But first I have to----------- etc.
But this one is notable for its use of the English language. I quote from it's second paragraph.
"Ones again, CONGRATULATIONS"
