Talk about your favorite fried chicken pieces
I'm a leg and thigh man, myself.

My grandfather was an ass man. Anytime my grandmother made a turkey, he'd say, "Save me the tuchus, Mama, it's the sweetest part."

Not really my fave, but I like 'em a lot once in a while. I'm quite shocked my five-year-old has taken a liking to 'em as well.

My Grandmother used to say "Pupick" for the same part of a bird, which was her favorite as well. When I asked her to translate the word into English she told me "It's the part that goes over the fense last."

The pupik is the gizzard, not the butt, and it's delicious. We used to say the pupik was the belly button of the chicken. My grandma used to like the butt, which she called either "the last part over the fence" or, less PC, "the Pope's nose."
