For those who'd like to hear more; you are aware that Martin Kuchen has a solo disc, titled "Music from one of the provinces in the empire", containing Imperial Music I-XV? I haven't yet listened to this piece but the approach seems to be the same. The bagatellen review is
here. Though what I'd really like is to watch these pieces performed live, the disc (and the bagatallen bonus) is the next best thing.
Also, Kuchen has another (among others) project called Sound of Mucus and I'd recommend their album "Filth Pharmacy" - different both from Exploding Customer and his solo work (or, say, his work with Looper), except for a track or two which sound similar to his solo work. The music is a fair bit like what you'd expect given the title of the, three piece iirc, ensemble and the album. Some great fun passages in there.
