New tzadik composer series available in june - rare

From downtown music gallery. Avalaible on june 2006. This one is rare shit! Kenny G on tzadik!!!!:

"Composer series :

Kenny G - Spinoza's Ethique [#8026]

"I first met Kenny in a Brian Wilson party back in the 80's. Recently saw him again and again in a series of new renaissance jewish concerts and finally I went to him and ask him: Kenny, do you like this music? And he said Yeah!! Mr G then told me about his efforts in serious music and his obsession with Baruch Spinoza. He himself had felt like excommuniated by the jazz circle. This is the result of his current obsesssions, divided in five parts like Spinoza masterpiece. Five years in the making, this is a CD that you will have to play and replay and say "Is that Kenny? With the collaboration of some of the most respected downtown musicians (Shelley Hirsch and Phil Minton : Voice, Otomo Yoshihide : Turntable, Bill Laswell : 6 string bass, and a lot more) , Mr Kenny G on soprano saxophone and electronics and the presence of saxophone alchemist John Zorn, tzadik is really proud to present a masterpiece that will be felt like the blueprint of the avantgarde of the beginning of the XXIth century from a true maverick of the american tradition, Mr Kenny G."

There's some recordings avalaible through internet that are awesome. watch for this one!

I'm even more stoked about the follow-up:

Yannni -- Kant's Kantaloupe

A whole new direction for Tzadik that should win them many new listeners from the Death Metal and Acoustic Fruits sets.

A nice try but there isn't nearly enough hyperbole for this to be a genuine Tzadik press release.
