Ornette on ESP question

Can anyone tell me about when Ornette's "Town Hall" album on ESP was actually issued? Recorded 12/62. Thanks.

A picture of the original back cover, which is included in the booklet for the ESP/Calibre reissue, has the following:

All compositions by Ornette Coleman 1965 United International (ASCAP).

Not sure that's definitive, but that's the best I can find.

Yeah, I kinda thought it was '65 but couldn't find any definitive info.

I seem to recall that Blue Note was planning to release the whole concert, but there were complications. In the end, ESP released only part of it.

The R 'n' B part was omitted.
