Sex Mob...??

Heh heh...so this is kinda random, but it made me laugh.

So I was at my friend's house, and, naturally, I was forcing her to listen to my music as we conversed. As the CD I had put in ended (some live Mahavishnu Orchestra thing), she got up and went to peruse my music collection in search of some "different" music. She put in Pink Floyd and then left the room for a moment.
Not being in the mood for Pink Floyd--indeed, I haven't been in the mood for Floyd in over a year--I got up and changed it from "Wish You Were Here" to Sex Mob's "Sex Mob Does Bond".
Presently, she returned, and after a moment or two she looked at me and said "Man, I don't remember this part at all!" I laughed and told her that she would soon. As the singers took part in the first track, she got even more confused.
Man, that was so funny.
As Steven Bernstein played his trumpet into that weird mic thing that makes it sound like a distorted guitar, she cracked up and tried to explain away the fact that she didn't remember this part of the song. The entire time, I was laughing so hard, I was surprised she didn't catch on a bit sooner. Her confusion increased as the music bacame less and less Floydian (not that it ever was) and more and more Bond-ish. Finally, after track 6, she got up and opened the CD player.
Never did I think Sex Mob could be mistaken for Pink Floyd.
Alas, I was wrong.

She has young friends.

TheloniousFunk: have you heard Bernstein's "Diaspora Soul" and "Diaspora Blues"? Excellent!

I've heard clips on the internet and enjoyed them very much--
Does anyone know where I can get a copy of "Solid Slender"?

T-Funk--That's Solid Sender.

It doesn't look difficult to find. I saw it at several online stores this morning, but now I can't remember which ones or which one had the best deal! (But the differences were negligible; nobody had a particularly good deal.) I do remember Amazon, where it's available new and used. I also saw it at CD Universe and Tower.

EDITED: Okay, the best deal I've seen is here:

http://www.alldirect.com/

It's about $16 including standard shipping.

T-Funk--If you'd rather not buy from an online store, I'm pretty sure that your bricks-and-mortar Tower could order it for you.
