Dolan, Kudos on the stomping Fartman. Well done. I enjoyed it yes I did. I am kind of creeped out by the mantra on that thread so I stay away.

Fart for the Noyzman, he gonna stomp your ass flat. Fart for the Noyzman, stomping ass is where it's at!

Yeah, the first time or two he wrote that I just kinda thought it was funny. Then, like you, I started finding it to be a little creepy.

Either way, I know the way to your heart.

Guess you folks aren't big Guess Who fans. Their tribute to DJ Wolfman Jack, "Clap for the Wolfman", is not one of their best tunes, but the paraphrase seemed fairly harmless to me, if a bit self-serving.

I have a friend who is a big Guess Who fan, and he hates that song, because it was very popular, yet it doesn't represent their best work. I don't find it creepy, but compared to "These Eyes", "Undun", "Laughing", "Hand me Down World", "No Time", etc., it is weak.

Sorry for the off-topic post.

It just doesn't matter, motherfucker.

First of all, the name Meatman conjures up some semi-disturbing imagery. But then to always kick off his posts with that bizarre little intro....

I'm thinking:

Freaky brother...........

Although my mom didn't explicitly tell me to stay away from the Meatman, I'm pretty sure he falls under the umbrella of her other warnings.

Scott, if you thought do was irritating, I saw Mr. James once "DJ" by dropping the stylus on a piece of sandpaper in between sets of an overcrowded noise show a while back. when the preceding set is Caspar Brotzmann/FM Einheit, it's not so easy to thin the crowd out between sets, but RDJ pulled it off.

So I gather you and Tippy were together in your cluelessness about the source of the reference.

The Meatman might be a butcher by trade, for all I know.
