I wish I'd received some wages for my sins.

I've always had to pay for them.

The wages of sin of course is death.

But then death is the wages of every goddamned thing, so ...

Do what thou wilt!

(In Nevada, they don't need to tax you. Sin pays for nearly everything. Kind of like being an oil kingdom only more fun.)

Hey, Doc -- Are you sure it isn't, "Suffer, little children?" ;-)

See now, some people claim that punctuation is irrelevant to "self expression."

There's also all those words in the Book that are italicized. Those are words that weren't in the "original" books when the King James was translated.

They might have left out some punctuation, you never now. Might have inserted some also, you never know.

Proofreading might not have been any better then than it is now.

I know that as a child I used to wonder why it was that I was saying the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want. Used to confuse the shit out of me.

For it is easier to score a camel off a rich dude than to thread your way through the needle's eye into the kingdoms of Big Ben or Alonzo and get both the bucket and the call.

I don't even remember whatever it was that I posted and then deleted. But this entry makes it all worthwhile, whatever it was.

I suspected you might be suffering the not-so-little hangover to come to you. Must have been an interesting post, whatever it was.

What Dave was saying was: "Suffer the little Children if our ignorant leaders decide to "stay the course" because by the time this war is just winding up, our little children will be shipped over there to finish what this stupid ass began...".

They're about to stumble on their course today.

Tomorrow, they'll start to chewing each other's guts, blaming each other for their losses.

I'll be busy cracking up.

I hesitate to be so enthusiastic until the count is in. The last 3 elections has beat it out of me. I think I'll wait until the body is pronounced dead.
