“San Francisco's loss is New York’s gain. The arrival here of the memorably named singer Shaynee Rainbolt is cause for celebration.”

Barbara & Scott Siegel for www.theatermania.com

Celebrate in swingin’ style! Please join us for this very special, One-Night-Only event, AT HOME for the Holidays. 33 Jazz recording artist, Shaynee Rainbolt, celebrates the holidays and the recent release of her sophomore CD, "At Home." Since it's release last summer, critics and fans alike, are celebrating how 'At Home' Shaynee is in the worlds of both cabaret and Jazz. Said by John Hoglund of Backstage to be "one of today’s bright lights who’s on her way to more recognition,” Shaynee Rainbolt has been hailed by critics for both her vocal quality and interpretive skill. Now back home in New York, after a successful International CD Release Tour, Shaynee is honored to be performing at New York's newest, and most exciting nightclub, The Metropolitan Room.

Her annual holiday shows have become a favorite for both East and West Coast audiences, so in addition to offering up highlights from 'At Home,' Shaynee is also including a bit of 'Holiday Madness' to get you in the spirit of the season. 'Holiday Madness' was described by the Seattle Gay News as "a tongue-in-cheek salute to Christmas, Hanukkah and whatever else music and cabaret fans might want to celebrate." Peter Leavy of Cabaret Scenes described it as "perfect fare for the season," even going on to declare that "Santa would have a hard time resisting Shaynee’s entreaties." So don't resist. Join Shaynee and her band of New York's best for a swingin' good time!

Jazzwise Magazine (UK) "......Rainbolt's golden tone and interpretative intuition are undeniably seductive."

Jazz Times Magazine "One of the most enjoyable singers around...pure poetry."

Jazz Improv Magazine: New York Jazz Guide "...We're reminded of the power that a song can hold. Without a moment's notice, we're transformed.... Swingin' jazz that relates to us all."
