Buddy Guy's Legends is on the move.
The legendary bluesman announced during a show Thursday night that the club, located in Chicago's South Loop since 1989, will have to move around June.
He says he wants to stay in the neighborhood and has some options in mind.
The 70-year-old Rock and Roll Hall of Famer just started his annual monthlong stint at the club that bears his name.
The venue is being displaced by expansion at nearby Columbia College. The college, which owns the property, wants to use it to house a new student center.
The city's Planning and Development Department is working with Guy to find a new home for Legends.
