Is anyone thinking about going to this festival/cruise?

yes, i have been thinking and researching about the possibility. i know quite a few people who are planning on it. the ads, however, are a bit misleading in that one would get the impression that all advertised artists are on the cruise for the duration - not the case. i'm not sure but i believe most of them are on for 2-3 days each.

Tricky! Tricky! I read the ad's and thought they'd be there for the entire cruise also. Ya gotta be careful when perusing sales ad's for anything, anymore. Nothing is exempt.

Let me jump in here. They haven't firmed up who is going to be on the cruise there are many departure points. Marcus will be on the cruise for the duration. In fact Marcus is in Japan and I just sent him a list of questions for a podcast of how everything works. The people are delightful to deal with and if you have any questions please contact them.

I want to go!!!

lois, i believe their website says they have finalized their artist lists. i wanted to go as a "single" rather than with a roomate but they don't seem to be able to accommodate "singles" yet. want to be my roomate, lois?!?!?

I just spoke to my media contact and asked her to get someone to clarify who's on the cruise when and addressed the single cabin issue as well. So hopefully I or someone from Northsea Jazz Cruise will get back to us shortly.
It might also be possible if enough people were interested I could try to work out a JC hang/group rate.

I'm thinking about it. Depends on the price. Does anyone know the specific dates of the cruise. This would be my first cruise!
