Larry vs. Mone: Winner gets back/keeps Fedorov on his hockey team

I wish we could play for those stakes. Ah, well.

So I read under the Monk photo thread that wadudafrankiepop started that Steve played a chess game against Meredith Monk on ICC. Is that a relative of T.S.?

Sorry for the delay... lunch hour, not aversion to opening. But yeah, I do hate it!

This is interesting. I need to start trying 3. Nf3 as a way to avoid facing the Nimzo-Indian, which I play as Black.

No way will I enter the Nimzo. Somehow black sits back and makes little pawn moves and his knight goes to a5 and the doubled c pawns lead to long term grief. If you're good, you have no problems with it, but that's a caveat irrelevant to any discussion about my own chess game.

Nc3, Nc4... whatever it takes.

Providing excessive evidence of how old he is by using dated pop cultural references,

Wait till they leave the room then fill in several of the clues with stupidly wrong answers. In ink.
