What are ECM's shipping fees to the US?
I didn't want to pollute the "ask ECM" thread with this prosaic question, but...

What are ECM's shipping fees to the US? I was thinking of ordering some Europe-only CDs directly from their website.

Beate Feraschin at the ECM web shop in Munich tells me shipping costs to US are as follows:

1 - 3 CDs 10 Euros
4 or more CDs 15 Euros
