London Jam Sessions

Hi,

I am a young trumpet and sax player based in Richmond, London, and was wondering what the best london jam sessions are. I haven't been on one before, but not because I'm not confident about my playing, I was just worried about not knowing enough tunes by heart (having to use the real book for 'stella by starlight' would be embarrassing).
