Russian bootleg ECM?

I bought a used copy of an ECM release on eBay- "Vision" by Shankar.

The auction said the CD was the ECM release.

The CD I received is not an ECM, it is a Russian CD on the "Landy Star" label. There is no bar code or indication that this was originally released on ECM.

In other words, the CD appears to be an unauthorized bootleg.

Is this correct? Or does Landy Star have permission to issue this CD?

ECM has never licensed this material to Landy Star and this is an unauthorized release.

There are lots of pirated albums out there. Unfortunately.
