Nice post, but does this thread belong in Other Music?

Learned today that his father was killed at Auschwitz, and that Marcel worked for the French Resistance. Cool guy. RIP

...not sure who they are. But I have find memories of seeing Marcel Marceau when I was a kid. Sweltering in a 2ooo seat basketball arena, barely able to see between the shouldsters of the oldsters - and transfixed, in utter silence.
One of my earliest performance memories, ironically silent performances.

You seriously don't know who Shields and Yarnell are? They were very popular in the 70's.
