I don't see how this is the "worst record cover ever" - it's a picture of a mother with some flowers. OK, so she's a bit odd looking but there are far worse record covers out there, including a few that this "beat" in the poll you link to.

This whole crazy LP sleeves thing is very dull now. It's been done to death and the same so-called obscure choices come up again and again. And what the hell's wrong with that ABBA cover at 13? Oh, didn't they wear funny fashions in 1980. Wait another thirty years and people will be saying the same about us.
