Anyone who owns a NY style kosher delicatessen and/or can make a lean corned beef on rye with yellow mustard [not that Gentile brown stuff] piled high with sauerkraut and served hot with a kosher pickle and potato salad.
Or Mel Brooks.

This one would do in a pinch:
1 loaf unseeded and unsliced Jewish Rye bread
2 pounds corned beef, sliced
12 ounces Russian dressing, recipe follows
12 ounces sauerkraut
12 slices Swiss cheese
4 tablespoons butter, melted

my great grandfather miguel was a sephardic jew from spain. he married a mexican indian catholic woman so we've been raised catholic for the last 150 years or so. i just likes jews period.
