Bistro seeks guest relations liaison
Jazz St. Louis is looking to add to the staff for Jazz at the Bistro. JSL director of operations Bob Bennett emails:

"Jazz St. Louis is currently taking applications for the position of Guest Relations Liaison (GRL) at Jazz at the Bistro.

The GRL ensures that guests attending Jazz at the Bistro performances have an enjoyable experience at our venue. The GRL will see that guests are properly greeted at the door, shown to their seats and will handle any issues that arise. This position will also supervise the volunteer usher staff that will further assist in the seating and guest relations functions. In order to ensure a high level of satisfaction, GRL will actively collect and relay guest feedback to the Jazz St. Louis staff.

Applicants must demonstrate initiative and be able to perform well with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, personable, flexible, and high energy, all with extraordinary attention to detail. Experience in customer service is essential.
