Only after I got up and tripped over my daughter's trombone that was behind my chair.

This was after I put a bottle of Germain Robin on my computer desk, and only stopped drinking when I noticed it was about half to 2/3 empty.

How did the trombone do?

One time my ex's roommate sat on and squashed his trumpet bell when she came home one night drunk.

The trombone was fine. It was in its case, in the middle of the room, standing on end, which is often where my daughter would leave her trombone after coming home from school.

drunk posting was your birthright but now your body has abdicated to a younger member of your royal drunk posting family?

Yes, and yes. I made an inappropriate comment (which at the time and state of mind I found funny) about an artist once and was gently scolded via PM by a couple of sober individuals, which prompted me to delete said post.

I still occasionally sip while posting but I try to keep the brain engaged at all times.

I don't post when I can't sleep because that never happens. I can always sleep. But I have posted drunk. I don't think there's a noticeable difference in my posts between drunk and not drunk. Probably because I'm not drunk enough. If I were that drunk I probably wouldn't post. I'd sleep.

I may have posted once or twice while inebriated, but I thankfully have no recollection of the event.

Sergio, you might be the duke or something, but the king of drunk posters will always be Lundino.

Tom, you are so righteous, you would have made a great Mormon. Seriously I think being always able to sleep is awesome and proves that you are a good person. Only bad people are insomniacs.

Lundino is a post-drunk poster and doesn't count. He's not like the rest of us. He's Lundino, the planet past Pluto.

I once posted drunk, and the carnage was so great that I now have a court-ordered breathalyzer feature on my computer that prevents me from accessing any internet sites (except ICC) if I'm over the legal limit.

Perhaps, I don't recall exactly. It had to be close though. You'll remember I'm sure that Lundino was a teetotaler when he first got here. I was drunk posting when the boy was still getting sugar highs from the strawberry shakes.

Certain persons on this BBS assume I'm always drunk when I post. That's not totally true. Sometimes I'm just loony-tunes.

About an ounce or two of water shot out part of my alphabet - no d, s, q, space bar. D and S are very important letters.

Thanks for the props Walto. Oz, suckit. (sorry, listening to tha carter III and it feels appropriate)

I got banned on a drumming site (that's set up exactly like this one and rhymes with "bummertur[l]d". You're not allowed to swear AT ALL and I got on there and apparently went off on this 19 year old who thinks he's king shit because he won a hand-speed competition and his dad is so-and-so (but his actual music is pretty awful and everyone there is sick of his holier-than-thou tone)

I don't even remember what I said but the next day I tried getting on and it said "You have been banned for life" - I was actually pretty proud of it/though it was funny.

It's been a while since I let loose with some drunken posts. I don't want to pull an Oz and let someone else grab my title.
