Tues, Feb 3 -- Josh Roseman's Execution Quintet @ Bowery Poetry Club in Manhattan
Celebrated trombonist / producer / composer / bandleader / master of chaos JOSH ROSEMAN will perform with his new all-acoustic progressive jazz group, The EXECUTION QUINTET, on Tuesday, February 3rd, at the Bowery Poetry Club in Manhattan's East Village.
The group features young trumpet monster AMBROSE AKINMUSIRE, virtuoso multi-instrumentalist PETER APFELBAUM (Hieroglyphics Ensemble, Jazz Mandolin Project, Phish), alto saxophonist MYRON WALDEN, and RUDY ROYSTON (Bill Frisell) on drums.
This special performance at BPC marks the last appearance for Josh and the group before a string of shows in Northern California later in February.
