The book section of the NYT is one of the primary reasons why we subscribe.
If the NYT cancels theirs, we'll probably cancel ours subscription.
Tghe LA Times bailed on theirs a while ago and what they have now, as part of their Calendar section, is pathetic.

I'd guess that NYT honchos know that many people want the book review section and magazine. Or maybe not. Given the corporate situation today at the upper levels, anything is possible that doesn't make sense.

If they got rid of the NYT Book Review they'd have to change that annoying Weekender commercial full of yuppie scum.

You must be talking about The New York Times Magazine, which has taken the place of the Sears Roebuck catalog in my outhouse.

I'm sure that ad has done more to kill the Times' circulation than anything else. Having said that, the woman with the hoop earrings is mighty cute.

What's with the hyphen? Isn't that improper grammar? How ignorant of you, Rollie.

Is she the one who got the great boots after reading the style section?
