Healing Thoughts for Buster Williams

About 10 days ago Buster was hospitalized for pneumonia. He was then operated on last week to rid the fluid in his lungs. Over the weekend he had a heart attack and fortunately he was in the hospital. He is comfortable and resting and will soon be up and plucky (pun intended)

Buster is recovering well and should be out of the hospital in a few days. I've been passing on the well-wishes to him and to his wife, and they send their thanks to everyone.

I just received the revised schedule from Kuumbwa Jazz Center in Santa Cruz, CA where Buster is scheduled to play August 10, which I'm hoping is yet another sign that he's mending well. The publicist told me they're keeping the schedule as of this time.

Correct - Buster will be performing on all of his tour dates in August.
