Intelligent War Commentary
I can't post it but yesterday I took the old man to a doctor's appointment and was reading *Time* (Sept 8). Joe Klein's one-page analysis, "Who Is Losing Iraq?," is the most succinct, and the best commentary on the war I've read from any source, so far. Great analysis and worth looking up if you can. There's also a very good article about Afghanistan (where the combat has been much more intense) in the same issue.
Both were impressive enough for me to want to sub to *Time,* which I never thought I'd say, but there it is.
