Yeah, yeah, it's always about you.
Pay no attention to Monte's wife, Knike. Stick with your own wife! Congratulations!

oh you guys, let me say
don't encourage him that way
now he's young and they're in love
fitting together like a hand in glove
and I hear they're also having a child
well ain't that wild
prepare yourself, my dear boy
for a break in your newfound joy
Remember all the great sex you had on the table
well keep doing that while you are still able
for when the kiddies come along that all will cease
all you'll be praying for is five minutes peace
and remember that lady, so nice that you see
her mother who likes you and says you're lovely
well at the risk of being a total bore
she now has become your mother in law
One day you'll be talkin' which happens less and less
and she'll casually mention one of your friends she detests
and tell you she thinks he distracts you when he comes around
and the next time he calls up to go out on the town
you'll turn him down flat for the sake of domestic bliss
betraying an old friend for just a chance of a kiss
The next thing you know you are f@cked up and fifty
and she hates ALL the things that you think are nifty
and where you were once in command of your manor, a lord!
you begin pouring out your problems on a Jazz Bulletin Board
And after all this pussyfootin' I give it to you straight, Man
we all married a Madonna but they turn into Roseanne
but I can't really tell you, you know she's heaven sent
and anyway your one might be different!!
(Just joking - all the usual stereotypes - but seriously - remember live is a journey , the scenery changes every day - Congratulations for your happy events)

All the best to you and your new bride, Knike. And, of course, some of the best is yet to come ... in January.
If you're even half as fortunate as me, you'll be a very happy man for a very long time.

One minor request: If the baby's born on January 2nd, you got to name him/her after me, OK?

If your real name is CEM, it's gonna be hard to name it after you. The name has to fit somehow to my traditional rumontsch Last-name, and that's not an easy thing to do. There are thousands of cool names that come to my mind, not only from the Jazz World, but as longs as it doesn't go well along with Derungs, it's probably not suitable... but I'l think about it. Is the 2nd your Birthday ?

Thank you all, for you're nice words and wishes. After the 1st 10 days, I'm still very happy with my wife and I hope it goes on for the next 100 years at least.

German was my second language (after Turkish). I pretty well lost it all, unfortunately. I was just trying to stump you

Congrats Knike, sounds like you've got something that's already proven itself over time, the spiritual stamp is just the added bonus. And double bonus for the little Knike-ling!
